LEARN TO DANCE THE FOXTROT WITH GEMINI DANCE STUDIOS

The Foxtrot is a smooth, elegant dance. The couple should move as one, gliding around the floor; relaxing the knees allows you to take longer strides and enables your dance to flow; a firm but relaxed top line (hold) gives a good balance.

This is the hardest dance to perfect, but worth it.
